Thank you for shopping with HUD Performance. The following Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Some products ship directly from manufacturers or distribution warehouses and may require additional handling time.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

HUD Performance ships using major carriers including, but not limited to:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Freight carriers for oversized items

Shipping method availability may vary depending on product size, weight, and destination.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected delivery speed

  • Freight requirements (if applicable)

Any free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying items and locations within the continental United States unless otherwise stated.


4. Oversized & Freight Shipments

Large items such as exhaust systems, bumpers, intercoolers, or heavy components may ship via freight carrier.

For freight deliveries:

  • A valid phone number is required

  • Delivery appointments may be necessary

  • Customer must inspect shipment upon delivery

Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, or re-delivery attempts.


5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Manufacturer backorders

HUD Performance is not responsible for delays once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.


6. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries when required.


7. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

Customers must report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • Photos of damaged items

  • Shipping label image

Failure to report within this timeframe may limit claim eligibility with the carrier.

HUD Performance is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen afterward.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

HUD Performance is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


9. Backorders & Split Shipments

If an item becomes backordered:

  • We may hold the order until all items are available, or

  • Ship available items separately at our discretion.

Customers will be notified when significant delays occur.


10. International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by product. Customers are responsible for:

  • Duties

  • Taxes

  • Import fees

  • Customs compliance

HUD Performance is not responsible for delays or confiscation caused by customs regulations.


11. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
