Customers are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal emissions and vehicle regulations. HUD Performance makes no guarantees regarding emissions compliance or inspection legality.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders if any information is incorrect without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Order Acceptance

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

HUD Performance reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities purchased per person or order

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale abuse, or pricing errors

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. HUD Performance is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or freight issues once an order has left our facility or supplier warehouse.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

HUD Performance does not guarantee manufacturer warranty outcomes.
